Insomnia Cookies rings in 2025 with ‘Best of’ collection

Customers can dive into the Festive & Filled Collection, which features six flavor varieties.

To honor traditional autumn flavors, the cookie brand crafted two new flavors, Apple Cider Donut Classic and Campfire Classic.

This year, the late-night cookie brand is set to open 55 total stores.

Customers can choose from two offerings inspired by the show from the late-night cookie brand, including the Bewitched Blueberry Swirls Classic.

In addition to the Back to Campus collection, the cookie brand is also rolling out two fall-inspired flavors.
