PHILADELPHIA — Late-night bakery brand Insomnia Cookies is ringing in the new year with the launch of its limited-edition “Best of” collection, which returns customer-favorite flavors from the past year.
The lineup includes the Fruity Cereal and Milk Classic, Campfire Classic filled with Hershey’s Mini Kisses, and Churro Cheesecake Classic.
Insomnia Cookies is also offering customers exclusive deals to celebrate the holiday. Customers can purchase a 12-pack online or in-store to receive another 12-pack for free until Dec. 30, as well as secure free delivery on orders of $20 or more with discount code “NICEANDWARM.”
Earlier this year, the bakery opened its 300th bakery in Seattle, with plans to open more than 1,800 bakeries across the US over the next decade. Insomnia also recently named Katie Seawell its chief marketing officer.
