PHILADELPHIA — Insomnia Cookies is leaning into the fall season with four limited-edition cookies.
To honor traditional autumn flavors, the cookie brand crafted two new cookies, Apple Cider Donut Classic and Campfire Classic.
The Apple Cider Donut cookie features brown sugar dough mixed with apple pieces and topped with cinnamon sugar. The Campfire Classic combines multiple flavor profiles and includes graham cracker pieces, Hershey’s Mini Kisses, marshmallows and chocolate chunks.
On Oct. 14, Insomnia will cross over into the spookier side of fall with the Cookies ‘N Scream Classic cookie featuring Halloween-themed sprinkles and marshmallows, and a regular Classic cookie made with Reese’s Pieces and Hershey’s Mini Kisses.
The seasonal offerings will be available in-store and for local delivery until Nov. 3 or while supplies last. Price and availability vary by location.
Insomnia recently partnered with Disney+ to craft two themed cookies in support of the Marvel Television release, Agatha All Along.
