PHILADELPHIA — Just in time for the turn of the season, late-night bakery brand Insomnia Cookies has launched its Festive & Filled Collection, featuring six flavor varieties.
Through Thanksgiving, customers can indulge in Chocolate Salted Caramel, Apple Pie and Cinnamon Bun cookies. The flavor offerings align with a recent research study from Talker, which noted that consumers now prefer cinnamon, salted caramel and candy apple flavors during the fall over pumpkin spice.
Beginning Dec. 9-29, Insomnia will then offer three different cookie flavors: Red Velvet Cookies ‘N Cream, Jelly Doughnut and Jinglebread Cheesecake.
Insomnia is also incentivizing customers through offers available in its rewards program. This includes ThankFULL Thursdays, where bakery visitors can get a free deluxe or seasonal cookie each Thursday in November, as well as free nationwide shipping from Nov. 25-Dec. 1.
