Craft to Crumb debuts its first Roadshow mini-mag: NYC edition

The 31-judge lineup includes seasoned professionals, culinary enthusiasts and bagel aficionados alike.

The sandwich combines Ess-a-Bagel’s business reputation with Sam’s modern take on bagel culture.

The festival got its start as a small gathering for bagel enthusiasts in 2019 and now welcomes thousands every year.

The family-owned bagel shop’s new location will provide convenient access for a variety of customers and is set to open in March.

In addition to unique flavors, bagels with unconventional colors can also draw the eyes and dollars of consumers.

The bright pink mini bagel will be available at the museum through the end of 2024.
