NEW YORK — Cultured foods brand Good Culture is taking the online craze for cottage cheese to new heights by partnering with Baked by Melissa on a product for its first-ever pop-up in New York to bring customer favorite ingredient staples to the forefront.
The partnership spawned the launch of a limited-edition Cottage Cookie Crunch cupcake, available at all Baked by Melissa brick-and-mortar stores and on the bakery brand’s website June 9-13. The partnership will feature Good Culture’s Simply 4% Milkfat Classic Cottage Cheese baked into the cupcake’s base and topping, adorned with vanilla icing, chocolate chip cookie crumbles and a blue chocolate drizzle.
The two-day Counter Culture pop-up event will also feature recipes viral recipes and guest appearances from culinary creators Esther Choi, Arash Hashemi, Fariyal Abdullahi, Jake Cohen, and Katie Zukhovich, each of whom will showcase their personalized take on Good Culture’s cottage cheese.
