CRANSTON, RI — Registration is officially open for Camp Bread, an industry event hosted by The Bread Bakers Guild of America (BBGA), which is returning after a three-year hiatus.
The three-day, members-only event brings together more than 250 bakers and industry professionals to explore both the craft of baking and the business of running a successful bakery.
The opening session will invite bakers into a conversation about learning, teaching and leading in the industry. Participants can expect more than 50 classes, workshops and roundtables, led by industry professionals and covering techniques, best business practices and more. Additionally, the event will host Baking Production Boot Camps, offering key insights for bread production, lamination and sourdough fermentation through hands-on practice.
Event attendees will leave Camp Bread with an expanded resource network and practical insights to improve consistency, efficiency and production.
