NEW YORK — Baked by Melissa partnered with Squishmallows to create a new collection of miniature cupcakes inspired by the fan-favorite plush toys.

The limited-edition collection — designed by Melissa — will include six bite-sized cupcakes named after their stuffed counterparts:
Jericho (Cookie Cow): This cupcake is made with light brown vanilla cake, cookie dough stuffing and cookie dough icing, topped with micro chocolate chips and red sprinkles.
Ricardo (Fruit Bat): Featuring red and white tie-dye cake and pink vanilla stuffing, this cupcake is topped with green vanilla icing, dark chocolate and red sprinkle brittle.
Tolef (Cookie Bear): The Christmas cupcake features white vanilla cake and sugar cookie icing, topped with red and green drizzle.
Cam (Calico Cat): This customer-favorite Squishmallow is depicted through vanilla and chocolate tie-dye cake, milk chocolate icing, green drizzle and colorful nonpareils.
Ethel (Candy Cane Hot Chocolate): This pink cupcake is made with pink vanilla cake, hot cocoa stuffing, white vanilla icing and white chocolate candy cane brittle.
Myla (The Christmas Tree): The Christmas tree cupcake features chocolate cake, dulce de leche stuffing, and green vanilla icing, topped with white chocolate sprinkle brittle in the shape of the Squishmallows well-known star.
The collaborative collection is available in all Baked by Melissa locations and online on the brand’s website for nationwide shipping, store pickup and same-day Manhattan delivery through Dec. 31.
