IBIE names Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie teams
Six teams will go head-to-head during the baking industry’s largest tradeshow. They’ll compete in four categories: Baguette & World Breads, Viennoiserie, Artistic Bread Showpiece and Savory Baking.
