CHICAGO — After 33,000 votes, the Underground Donut Tour announced the winners of the 2024 America’s Greatest Donuts contest.
Rise’n Roll Bakery in Shipshewana, IN, won 10 categories and earned the contest’s Overall Fan Favorite designation for the third year in a row. Its Cinnamon Caramel Donut was voted the most popular donut in America once again.
D&D’s Place in Chicago was another repeat winner, taking home the Greatest Fritter in America recognition and winning two other categories: Greatest Fruit Flavored Donut in America for its Fruit Topped donut and Greatest Cake Donut in America for its Old Fashioned variety.
