PHILADELPHIA — Members of Insomnia Cookies’ rewards program in more than 20 markets will be getting a special holiday deal this Valentine’s Day.
The cookie chain announced that Feb. 12 and 13 from 8p.m. to midnight local time, it’s offering limited reservations for an in-house experience for the first time via a date night package.
“As the late-night bakery known for delivering warm, delicious cookies, Insomnia is excited to introduce our in-store Valentine’s Day reservations in honor of one of the most indulgent times of the year,” said Seth Berkowitz, founder and CEO of Insomnia Cookies. “We look forward to sharing our love for warm cookies with our Insomniacs to continue creating meaningful connections with customers rooted in insatiable cravings.”
Available in 20 select markets across the US, the $30 experience features a pre-fixed menu that includes a 6-pack of cookies, three different dipping sauces — milk chocolate, white chocolate and caramel — and two bottles of milk.
Beyond the date night event, Insomnia Cookies is also indulging in a collection of limited-time treats inspired by the romantic holiday. Beginning Jan. 27, customers can take home Red Velvet Cookies ‘N Cream Brookies and Red Velvet and Chocolate Covered Strawberry Classic cookies while supplies last. The brand is also rolling out the dips in-store for all customers starting Feb. 9.
And, as of Feb. 13, Insomnia will also introduce Red Velvet Cheesecake and Ghirardelli Chocolate Lava Cake Classic cookies. While both are available for a limited time, the former can only be purchased at select bakeries.
The chain is also getting festive with its packaging for the holiday. Starting Feb. 13, customers can order the Cherub Chunk 12-pack, which features 12 classic cookies of their choosing in a themed box, with a Cherub Chunk plushie as a bonus.
Insomnia is no stranger to engaging with its customers in-store. Each fall, the late-night brand hosts a PJ Party at its locations across the US, offering exclusive flavors and experiences. Select bakeries located near college towns also hold larger-scale events, offering an unconventional way to engage with customers.
