NEW YORK — Somedays Bakery, a bakery brand in Queens, NY, best known for its artisan croissants, now boasts five storefronts after the opening of its latest location.

The Park Avenue store — Somedays’ first in Manhattan — opened with a collection of savory and sweet Viennoisserie. The bakery is debuting the Medialuna, an Argentinian mini croissant, as an exclusive pastry for the newest location. Other offerings include a crescent eggnog croissant and chocolate brownie salted caramel Danish.

Somedays Manhattan’s operating hours are 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sundays.

Manhattan marks the fourth location for the bakery this year alone. Somedays was first established in April 2024 by co-founder and CEO Peter Phillips, who also created bakery chain Chip City Cookies. Today, the bakery is led by Phillips along with CFO Dion Vangelatos, chief development officer Eddie Mamiye and chief culinary officer Arlander Brown.
