NEW YORK — From Sun-Maid to Old Bay to Blue Moon and beyond, PopUp Bagels is continuing its thread of cross-brand collaborations with a major player in the commercial baking industry: Mondelez International.

“We’re thrilled to collaborate with the PopUp team in a way that is not only culturally relevant, especially with Gen Z, but also dedicated to delivering flavor and quality with a fresh approach,” said Katherine Muller, brand manager of OREO. “This is a great opportunity for us to continue being culturally relevant, showing up in iconic ways, and staying modern and always delicious.”

The brand announced it would be partnering with the company to create Cookies and Cream Cheese Made With OREO schmear from Aug. 14-20 at all PopUp Bagels locations.

“Creating Cookies and Cream Cheese Made With OREO was a no-brainer for us,” said Adam Goldberg, founder of PopUp Bagels. “We’re just as excited as the public to get our hands on this limited-edition taste and bring OREO cookies in on the PopUp Bagels craze. The blend of iconic OREO cookies with our renowned schmear is truly something special.”

Customers can also pre-order the collaboration beginning Aug. 11 on the PopUp Bagels website.

In addition to more brand partnerships, PopUp Bagels continues to expand its reach with the opening of new locations such as its Fairfield, CT, shop and plans for more in areas such as Boston.
