NEW YORK — PopUp Bagels is giving customers a brighter bagel through its partnership with Blue Moon Brewing Co.
The Blue Moon Bagel is made with the brewing company’s signature beer and features PopUp Bagels’ classic crumb and texture with notes of orange and malt. The bagel brand also created a Valencia Orange Cream Cheese to pair with the bagel as a nod to Blue Moon’s signature garnish.
The beer-flavored artisan bagels are available for preorder on the PopUp Bagel’s website for nationwide shipping and for pickup at shops in Connecticut and New York through Sunday, Dec. 3
This is not Blue Moon Brewing’s first bakery partnership this quarter. The brand recently partnered with Tiny Pies in Austin, TX, to create Pie Pints, a seasonal swap for the beer’s Valencia orange garnish.
