FAIRFIELD, CT — PopUp Bagels marked the opening of its latest location in Fairfield, CT.
The viral Northeast bagel brand’s new shop is one of four in development, with a Boston location and two in New York currently in the works.
“The Fairfield location supports our growth strategy by both expanding into new areas and reinforcing our presence in Connecticut, where PopUp Bagels was founded,” said Adam Goldberg, founder of PopUp Bagels. “This new opening strengthens our ties with the local community and extends our reach, bringing the PopUp Bagels lifestyle and our fresh, hot bagels further into the state of Connecticut.”
The 800-square-foot shop is open 7 a.m. – 2 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday. Adam noted that the local community has warmly welcomed the new shop, which was recently celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
“The Fairfield community has been incredibly enthusiastic about our new location,” he said. “Locals have gathered with friends and family to grip, rip and dip our bagels.”
