LAS VEGAS — Pinkbox Doughnuts announced the grand opening of its new location in the Boca Park Fashion Village neighborhood of Las Vegas. To celebrate the occasion, the donut brand is holding a festival-style event on Dec. 28 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The event will open with a ribbon-cutting ceremony alongside local leaders and partners before the community-wide event, which will host numerous family-friendly activities, including a photo booth, balloon art, face painting and games.

“Boca Park is a premier retail and dining destination that is a perfect location for our 14th shop,” said Judith Perez Siegel, executive VP of Pinkbox Doughnuts. “To meet the anticipated demand for our delicious and delightfully designed donuts, the new shop will be open 24 hours, bringing smiles to everyone morning, noon and night.”

Pinky, the popular Pinkbox mascot, will be onsite at the grand opening, mingling with guests and posing for photos. The event will also feature a DJ, visits with a Care Bear character, appearances by the Las Vegas Raiderettes and numerous raffle prizes. Guests can also get a free custom grand opening t-shirt with any purchase of half a dozen donuts or more while supplies last.

Pinkbox will also hold its Doughnut Eating Contests — one for adults and one for children — with the chance to win Pinkbox Doughnuts gift cards. Additionally, three guests who find pink tickets in their donuts purchased during the event will win free donuts for a year.

The nearly 3,000 square-foot Pinkbox Doughnuts shop will feature an oversized doughnut archway at the entrance as well as a giant doughnut around the drive-thru window. The interior design incorporates the brand’s traditional elements and trademark decor, including an illuminated oversized doughnut display case holding Pinkbox Doughnuts’ full line of more than 70 different donuts.

The Boca Park shop is the 14th location for the fast-growing donut brand and created roughly 50 jobs for the Las Vegas community. Pinkbox currently boasts locations across the metropolitan Las Vegas Valley in addition to a shop at the Arizona/Nevada border in Laughlin, at the California/Nevada border in Primm, NV and in St. George, UT.

In November, the donut brand opened its 13th location in the Centennial Hills neighborhood of the Las Vegas Valley.
