MOONACHIE, NJ — Apple has been the talk of the town this fall, with CPG baking brands like RXBAR and Entenmann’s using the fruit as their centerpiece for seasonal portfolios.
Paris Baguette is joining in with a new lineup of fall products that brings caramel apple donuts and pumpkin tarts to the bakery case for a limited time.
“Every fall season, we look forward to serving our guests a menu of pumpkin treats as well as new fall flavor news,” said Cathy Chavenet, chief marketing officer at Paris Baguette North America. “This year, we have thoughtfully reimagined favorite pumpkin classics and crafted a caramel apple lineup to turn everyday moments into cozy fall rituals.”
Inspired by the tradition of fall apple picking, the new Caramel Apple collection includes:
– Caramel Apple Streusel Trifle: Four layers of vanilla sponge cake filled with pastry cream and cinnamon apples, topped with streusel and a caramel drizzle; also available as a personal-sized Trifle Cup
– Caramel Apple Streusel Donut: A King Cream Donut with cinnamon apple filling that’s drizzled with caramel and buttery streusel topping
– Caramel Apple Streusel Waffle: Traditional Liège-style Belgian waffle topped with cinnamon apple filling, buttery streusel and caramel
– Caramel Apple Streusel Tart: Cinnamon apples baked inside a buttery tart shell, topped with buttery streusel and caramel drizzle
The bakery-cafe chain is still keeping pumpkin, the classic flavor of fall, front and center this season, with a lineup of pumpkin products:
– Pumpkin Streusel Tart: Pumpkin spice filling topped with streusel and icing drizzle in a buttery tart shell
– Pumpkin Cheese Danish: Buttery pastry filled with pumpkin and sweet cream cheese finished with a sweet icing drizzle
– Pumpkin Spice Cruffin: Flaky croissant muffin with pumpkin spice filling, topped with pumpkin icing and pumpkin seeds
Paris Baguette is also ushering in the changing of the season with a partnership with No Kid Hungry, a national campaign that works to ensure every child has access to nutritious foods. Through Sept. 30, customers can donate in-store or by rounding up when ordering in-app or online.
