MOONACHIE, NJ — After celebrating its 200th North American location in December, Paris Baguette is on track to open more than 100 cafes in 2025, furthering its retail presence in the US.

“The growth we saw last year was truly remarkable, and I firmly believe that our success is driven by our people-first approach,” said Darren Tipton, CEO of Paris Baguette. “By strengthening our C-level leadership team and focusing on comprehensive support systems, we’ve created a solid foundation for sustainable growth while maintaining the high-quality guest experience that defines Paris Baguette.”

The bakery brand opened nearly one cafe per week in 2024 and awarded 163 franchises, entering five new states and increasing its North American reach to a total of 35 states. It achieved 16 consecutive quarters of positive comparable sales growth, totaling almost $500 million in sales.

This year, Paris Baguette plans to award 200 more franchises and enter new markets in Connecticut, Missouri, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Indiana, Idaho, Delaware, Guam and Puerto Rico.

“As we continue our growth trajectory, we remain steadfast in our commitment to being the true neighborhood bakery cafe,” Tipton continued. “With freshly baked pastries and breads, artisan cakes and made-to-order beverages, we’re proud to fill a vital role in communities across the US and Canada, bringing the authentic bakery experience to life for our guests every day.”

With a goal to reach 1,000 locations in North America by 2030, Paris Baguette is set to double its 2024 growth with 100 new openings by the end of 2025.
