DALLAS — Nothing Bundt Cakes has teamed up with Pop-Tarts to create a new cake flavor, Frosted Strawberry Pop-Tarts.

The new variety features a strawberry cake baked with Frosted Strawberry Pop-Tarts pieces, crowned with the brand’s signature cream cheese frosting, covered with confetti sprinkles and topped with a mini Frosted Strawberry Pop-Tarts pastry bite.

“Our collaboration with Pop-Tarts brings a classic, nostalgic taste to our Bundtlets to create a one-of-a-kind snack,” said Claire Jessen, VP of culinary at Nothing Bundt Cakes. “Our Frosted Strawberry Pop-Tarts flavor is reminiscent of coming home from school hungry and grabbing a satisfying, sweet little treat from the pantry to keep you happy until dinner.”

The new offering is only available in the bakery brand’s personal-sized Bundtlet through Sept. 1 while supplies last.

Nothing Bundt Cakes has continued to grow its customer base by offering a rotating menu of limited-time pop-up flavors such as Key Lime, Lemon Blueberry and Churro Dulce de Leche. The bakery continues to increase its footprint by taking advantage of the “little treat culture” that’s popular among members of Gen Z.
