NEW YORK — Tous les Jours is introducing a limited-time collection featuring three products made with premium Shine Muscat grapes. Known for their crisp texture, floral aroma and naturally sweet flavor, Shine Muscat grapes are a popular seasonal fruit in Korea.
“Our Korean heritage inspires the flavors and ingredients we bring to our guests,” said Max Gallegos, chief marketing officer of Tous le Jours. “With this seasonal collection, we’re highlighting Shine Muscat grapes, a beloved Korean fruit, in three bakery creations that bring something new to familiar favorites. It’s another way to share the flavors and traditions that inspire our menu while giving guests something special to look forward to this season.”
The seasonal lineup, outlined below, brings the large, distinctive fruit to familiar favorites:
Shine Muscat Paradise Cake (Petite): A small, layered cake featuring Shine Muscat grapes, strawberries, and the bakery’s signature soft Cloud Cream.
Shine Muscat Yogurt Croissant: A flaky croissant filled with Shine Muscat grapes and yogurt cream for a balanced flavor.
Shine Muscat Vanilla Danish: A flaky square Danish topped with Shine Muscat grapes and Vanilla Cloud Cream speckled with real vanilla bean.
The menu is available through Nov. 25 at only five participating locations in California and New York.
