LINDON, UT — With the opening of Crumbl’s new location in Burbank, CA, the dessert chain reached 1,000th bakeries in six years.
“From our very first store to our 1000th, each location represents a story of hard work, community, franchise partner grit, and the joy of sharing our cookies with the world,” said Jason McGowan, co-founder and CEO of Crumbl. “But our journey doesn’t stop with store openings. Our vision extends beyond the physical presence in the market. It’s about nurturing the growth within each location, enhancing our customers’ experiences and ensuring that every visit to Crumbl is memorable.”
Since McGowan and co-founder Sawyer Hemsley opened the first location in Logan, UT, Crumbl has become an international brand with bakeries across the US and Canada. The brand pays tribute to the power of social media as a major force for growth and engagement with its customers. In anticipation of hitting its 1,000th location, Crumbl recently refreshed its branding.
While Crumbl’s offerings began with cookies, the dessert brand has since expanded its rotating menu to include non-cookie offerings such as Cinnamon Squares and Tres Leches Cake. The brand recently announced its first celebrity partnership with Olivia Rodrigo for the North American leg of the GUTS World Tour.
