LINDON, UT — Crumbl’s partnership with Grammy-award winner Olivia Rodrigo brings a new item to the bakery’s rotating menu.

Olivia Rodrigo’s GUTS Cookie, inspired by the singer’s tour, will be available across North America at select Crumbl locations based on the city the show is being held.

“We are thrilled with this partnership introducing Olivia Rodrigo’s GUTS Cookie, a unique treat inspired by her remarkable music,” said Sawyer Hemsley, chief branding officer and co-founder of Crumbl. “This collaboration marks a celebration of creativity and flavor, bringing fans a memorable experience that perfectly combines music and the Crumbl experience.”

The sandwich cookie is made of two purple-colored vanilla cookies and a filling combining layers of triple-berry jam and vanilla buttercream. The cookie is then rolled in star-shaped sprinkles and topped with a star cutout.

Beginning Feb. 19 for the first show in Palm Desert, CA, and at each stop of the popstar’s North American tour after that, the GUTS cookie will be featured as a seventh offering on Crumbl’s rotating menu at its bakeries located within an hour of the performance. After the North American shows, the cookie will be available in the US and Canada as part of the brand’s weekly lineup Aug. 19-24.
