Story by Elle Murphy

LINDON, UT — Crumbl Cookies will alternate its Milk Chocolate Chip and Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk cookies on its weekly menu as a result of customer feedback. The cookie bakery will also move the Classic Pink Sugar Cookie to its rotating menu.

These changes are the direct result of online reviews, social media comments, and the cookie flavor rating feature in the company’s Cookie Journal on its app. The real-time feedback helped Crumbl see Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk as a top-rated cookie and make the switch.

Customer engagement plays a key role in Crumbl’s product development. In addition to online platforms, the company offers a Taste Weekly subscription, which keeps followers up to date on new releases and old flavors as well.
