PROVO, UT —This spring, Crumbl announced a slate of changes to its leadership team, including three c-suite members stepping down as part of a planned transition. Its latest appointment fills one of these positions.
The bakery chain promoted Jacob Moncur to chief technology officer, succeeding Bryce Redd.

Moncur first joined the company in 2020 as VP of engineering. Throughout his tenure in this position, he’s led the Crumbl technology team and supported advancements such as the brand’s mobile apps and Apple Vision Pro debut.
“Crumbl has built something special, and I have had a front-row seat to it,” Moncur said. “I am proud of the foundation this team has built and energized by what we get to build next for our customers and franchise partners.”
Redd, who will remain on the company’s board of directors, will serve as a strategic advisor to Moncur during this transition period.
