NEW YORK — After finding success in the European market, Boogie Lab, a sourdough brand best known for its array of artisan baked goods, is headed to the Big Apple in spring 2026.
The Delmonico’s Hospitality Group (DHG) brand will open its first US location in New York City’s Washington Heights neighborhood. Open daily 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., the shop combines a bakery, bistro and bar under one roof, offering pastries and coffee by day and pizzas and cocktails by nightfall.
In tandem with the brick-and-mortar storefront, DHG has also launched Boogie Bakery’s sourdough panettone online ahead of the holiday season. The sweet bread is available in four flavors — Chocolate, Candied Fruit, Pistachio & Lemon and Mandarin & White Chocolate — with two more varieties set to launch in December. Each panettone is $69.
“Boogie’s 100 percent sourdough panettone and a variety of artisanal baked goods are crafted with the highest quality ingredients, showcasing the authentic flavors that have made it a beloved brand in Europe,” said Dennis Turcinovic, owner and executive culinary partner of DHG. “We look forward to creating a welcoming space where the community can come together to enjoy these unique offerings and experience the warmth of Boogie Lab and Delmonico’s hospitality.”
The New York Boogie Lab storefront will prioritize partnerships and relationships within its community. This includes the continuation of its “Double Bread” initiative, which upcycles spent grains and donates a loaf for each one sold.
