LAS VEGAS — The 2025 edition of the International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE), set for Sept. 14-17 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, is quickly approaching, and education sessions for the event are now available.
The first day of sessions will begin Sept. 13. Session attendees will glean industry insights and know-how from an array of diverse topics.

- In this session, attendees will explore intricate piping designs and modern-style cakes while creating edgy, show-stopping cakes.
- Dough Beyond Baking: Non-Baking Revenue Streams for Retail Bakers | Sept. 13 | 8:30 a.m. PT
- This one-hour seminar will share new and innovative ways to expand a cake and sweets business by diving into the world of non-baking revenue strategies specifically tailored to individual brands.
- Monochrome Lambeth Piping | Sept. 14 | 8 a.m. PT
- The cake decorating technique features intricate patterns with a single color of Swiss buttercream, and this session will offer attendees insight into the best application methods.
- Baking an Impact: Small Changes for More Sustainable Baking | Sept. 14 | 11:30 a.m. PT
- In this session, attendees will learn how to utilize alternative ingredients to create a more sustainable bakery environment.
- CMB Study Hall Live | Sept. 14 | 1:30 p.m. PT
- This session will include live demonstrations and teaching techniques for the Retail Bakers of America’s practical exam for master baker certification.
