LAS VEGAS — The 2025 edition of the International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) is quickly approaching, set for Sept. 14-17 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. While registration for the triennial tradeshow opened September 2024, retail bakers looking to attend the Baking Expo can still take advantage of early bird pricing.
By registering before March 5, attendees can save up to 36% and allocate their savings toward customizing their show experience.
New to this year’s show, passes for IBIE 2025 will include full access to IBIEducate, a robust education program curated specifically for members of the baking industry. Attendees can also tailor their experience through hands-on workshops and specialty courses, which are not included in the price of registration.
In addition to learning opportunities, IBIE 2025 will host the World Bread Awards, crafted by The Bread Bakers Guild of America and Retail Bakers of America. The awards will be featured as a segment of IBIE’s Artisan Village and will provide attendees with networking opportunities and the ability to engage in live demonstrations and tastings.
