NASHVILLE, TN — Ugly Bagel, known for its hand-rolled bagels, opened its first brick-and-mortar location in the newly-renovated historic landmark, The Arcade Nashville.

“Hospitality is our bread and butter,” said co-founder Jeff Crabiel. “It’s been amazing to see our vision come to life, capturing the energy of downtown Nashville and bringing joy to life’s simple moments, one bagel at a time.”

The opening menu will feature customizable options, including vegan-friendly choices and a range of cream cheese and butter combinations.

In celebration of its opening, Ugly Bagel launched a Monthly Flavor Drop with limited-edition flavors for November: Gingerbread Bagel and Cranberry Walnut Bagel.

Founded by Nashville natives Crabiel and Jake Strang, the bagel brand will emphasize the power of small exchanges that promote an impactful customer experience. Through its Bagel Concierge — a dedicated team member who interacts with guests and offers personalized assistance —and its Rolling Window — where customers can observe the bagels as they’re being crafted — Ugly Bagel will foster connections and provide meaningful experiences.
