HAMILTON, BERMUDA — Following its latest berry-filled release, GREY GOOSE Vodka is hosting a pâtisserie-inspired summer celebration in collaboration with James-Beard Award-winning French pastry chef Dominique Ansel.

Alongside Oscar-winning actress Zoe Saldaña, the beverage brand is debuting “The GREY GOOSE Berry Rouge Pâtisserie,” a one-day-only takeover of a New York City bakery on June 5. The immersive experience will feature exclusive berry confections from Dominique, who curated a trio of limited-edition berry-forward pastries inspired by the liquor.

“Berries have always inspired my creations, so partnering with GREY GOOSE as they released their new berry-flavored expression was a natural fit,” Dominique said. “For the Pâtisserie, I wanted to create pastries that brought the bounty of ripe summer berries and spirit of Berry Rouge to life.”

The menu will highlight three new pastries: Pavlova, Berry Rouge Ice Cream Sandwich and Dominique’s well-known Cronut featuring a Berry Rouge-infused twist.

“As I celebrate the 13th anniversary of the Cronut, I have created a limited-edition, Berry Rouge-inspired Cronut alongside a seasonal Pavlova and Berry Rouge Ice Cream Sandwich,” Dominique added. “As a pastry chef, sourcing the best ingredients and fresh fruits is key to developing many innovations, so whether guests try these creations at the event or visit our Soho bakery during a Summer Friday, I hope it feels like a fresh, unexpected way to experience berry season.”

For six weeks following the event, a selection of these confections will be available to customers at Dominique Ansel Bakery in NYC, with special availability on Summer Fridays.
