AUSTIN, TX — After years of customer requests for a gluten-free cookie, Tiff’s Treats has delivered, introducing the Gluten Friendly Chocolate Chip Cashew Cookie.
The Tiff’s Treats team spent more than three years developing and refining the cookie, repeatedly returning to the drawing board until it delivered the ideal taste and texture. The final recipe features gluten-free flour, cashew flour, cashew pieces, coconut flakes and chocolate chips.
“We’ve heard our customers asking for a gluten-friendly cookie for years, and we wanted one too,” said Tiffany Chen, founder of Tiff’s Treats. “But we weren’t going to launch one until we had a cookie we genuinely loved. It took us more than three years to get here, and we’re so excited for people to finally try it.”
The Gluten Friendly Chocolate Chip Cashew Cookie is available at select Tiff’s Treats locations and is packaged separately from other cookies upon delivery.
