AUSTIN, TX — Sprinkles has debuted the latest addition to its CPG confectionary line, Cupcake Cups. The new chocolate offering is an homage to the brand’s signature cupcake flavors.
The Cupcake Cups, now available at all Target stores, feature a frosting-flavored filling.
“We are thrilled to bring Cupcake Cups to Target as we share a passion for bringing unique and disruptive products to consumers who are always looking for something new and exciting,” said Ashley Rogers, president and CEO of Sprinkles CPG.
The Cupcake Cups come in three flavors:
Red Velvet: Rich milk chocolate filled with cream cheese frosting-flavored filling.
Double Chocolate: Milk chocolate filled with chocolate frosting-flavored filling and topped with cookie crumbs.
Birthday Cake: Sweet white chocolate filled with birthday cake frosting-flavored filling and topped with sprinkles.
This addition follows Sprinkles’ global expansion as the franchise plans to open 18 bakeries internationally in 2024.
Earlier this year, the cupcake brand launched its Sprinkles CPG division and released Sprinkles Chocolate Bars and Sprinkles Mini Chocolates.
