Polly’s Pies marks 35 years with a taste of the tropics

ANAHEIM, CA — Polly’s Pies, a SoCal bakery known for its signature from-scratch fruit and cream pies, is celebrating its 35th anniversary with the return of its island-inspired menu for a limited time.

The seasonal celebration continues the bakery’s long-standing tradition of blending tropical flavors with comfort food for a summer lineup popular with customers. One highlight of the Aloha Specials menu includes Malihini Pie, which features a banana cream-pie base, sliced bananas, sweet glazed fresh pineapple, whipped cream and roasted Hawaiian macadamia nuts.

The tropical lineup will be available at all Polly’s Pies locations until July 20.

Along with the seasonal pie variety, the brand is also encouraging customers to sign up for its loyalty program with a sweepstakes, offering those who register by July 20 a chance to win a Super73 e-bike. Adopting digital platforms such as loyalty programs is becoming an increasingly popular business tool for bakery brands, offering them a direct line of access to engage with customers.
