DALLAS — Customers with celiac disease and gluten sensitivity are in for a sweet treat at Nothing Bundt Cakes.
The bakery brand recently released a new gluten-free flavor, Gluten-Free Lemon Raspberry. This marks the first time since 2018 that the brand has welcomed a new gluten-free flavor offering.
“Having family members who are gluten-free, I’ve been on a mission since joining the company to expand our offerings for guests with dietary restrictions,” said Dolf Berle, CEO of Nothing Bundt Cakes. “Flavor innovation continues to be at the forefront of our culinary goals in the new year and beyond, and we have additional gluten-free offerings in the works. This pop-up flavor is just one of the ways we’re bringing more joy to every possible guest.”
Gluten-Free Lemon Raspberry joins the year-round offering Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip on Nothing Bundt Cakes’ menu through Feb. 4.
