The Red Velvet Philly Bagel Bombs combine the classic red velvet and cream cheese flavor pairing in a unique innovation. This product features a sweetened cream cheese core with chocolate wrapped in red velvet bagel dough.
Red Velvet is one of Milk Bar’s best-selling flavors. This, combined with Philadelphia’s flavor and texture profile, spurred inspiration for this product.

The Bagel Bomb was initially created in 2011 exclusively in Milk Bar locations. The limited-edition sweet variant is available for purchase in Milk Bar’s New York City, Los Angeles and Washington DC locations, as well as for nationwide purchase on the bakery’s website.
