KANSAS CITY, MO — Craft to Crumb is expanding its multimedia offerings with a new audio series, At the Bench with Richard Charpentier.
In the new series, sponsored by Dawn Foods, Charpentier, CMB, CEO of consulting company Baking Innovation, chats one-on-one with some of the country’s top retail bakers in short audio conversations.
In each episode, Charpentier speaks to bakers about their bakeries, how they got into baking, and some staple baked goods they offer. They also connect on the trends they’re seeing in the bakery space, from preferences to the latest technology.
The first episode is now live and features Jory Downer, owner of Bennison’s Bakery. Listen in on the conversation on the Craft to Crumb website or YouTube channel.
