WESTLAKE, OH — Building on its collection of industry resources, the Retail Bakers of America (RBA) is hosting a virtual webinar to help prospective bakers get their bakeries off the ground.
Set for Feb. 12 at 5 p.m. ET, the webinar is designed to offer support for future bakery owners unsure of how to move their ideas forward. The association will walk attendees through how it can guide them from brainstorming to opening day.
The session will cover a range of topics, including how RBA’s education and training programs can save bakers time and money, and how to acquire the necessary certificates to boost a bakery’s credibility. The association will also share operational insight on staffing and avoiding common pitfalls.
