AUSTIN, TX — Tiff’s Treats is celebrating its 25th anniversary with two new baked goods and a look at the brand’s growth from here.
Since its start at the University of Texas at Austin in 1999, the bakery has grown from a two-person business to over 1,700 employees and 100-plus brick-and-mortar locations.
“Leon and I have poured our heart and soul into building Tiff’s Treats,” said Tiffany Chen, co-founder and chief creative officer of Tiff’s Treats. “From countless late nights of testing recipes, crunching numbers, and seeking innovation, reaching this milestone has been no small feat. We are incredibly moved by the millions of fans who have supported us along the way, choosing Tiff’s Treats to celebrate warm moments and allowing us to reach this landmark achievement, and can’t wait for all that is still to come.”
Tiff’s Treats delivers thousands of birthday gifts annually, earning it the title of The Official Treat of Birthdays. To celebrate the brand’s birthday, Tiff’s Treats rolled out Birthday Confetti Cookies and a Chocolate Birthday Cake Bar.
The Birthday Confetti Cookie, available all of 2024, is a colorful sugar cookie baked with confetti sprinkles and white chocolate chips. The Chocolate Birthday Cake Bar, only available in January, features the brand’s Double Chocolate cookie dough with cake flavorings, semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chips and rainbow sprinkles.
Recently, Tiff’s Treats has expanded into regions such as Colorado, Florida and Southern California and collaborated with other bakery brands including Baked by Melissa and Sprinkles. The cookie company has also broadened its reach to a national level with chocolate chip cookie delivery available to ship across the US.
The company plans to continue its growth and is implementing new technologies such as AI-generated gift messaging and introducing innovative flavors. Moving forward, Tiff’s Treats is set to add delivery outposts and open stores in new regions, continue to collaborate with other brands, and expand its offerings for nationwide shipping.
“Although we’ve been at this for 25 years, we are continuously learning and finding new ways to push boundaries,” said Leon Chen, co-founder, chair and CEO of Tiff’s Treats. “Seeing the brand play a role in so many customers’ milestones and special occasions, and delivering warm moments every day is what drives us to reach new audiences and deliver quality and consistency for our loyal fans. I am so proud of the company we have built and look forward to all that our team will accomplish in the years ahead.”
