HOUSTON — Shipley Do-Nuts is celebrating its 88th birthday with a special giveaway of one dozen surprise gifts.
“Our 88th birthday marks one dozen – our favorite number here at Shipley – years from our 100th,” said Flynn Dekker, CEO of Shipley Do-Nuts. “We wanted to take a moment to celebrate the sweet success we’ve experienced for nearly a century as we keep growing and bringing our famous donuts and kolaches to more people across the country.”
From now until Sept. 23, customers can visit Shipley’s Instagram account and enter a special birthday giveaway to win one of the dozen surprises. One grand prize winner will receive a party catered by the donut brand, while the 11 other winners will receive a variety of other presents such as free donuts, merch and more.
“Not many brands have had the opportunity, like we have, to serve generations of guests and become a part of family traditions,” Dekker added. “We’re looking forward to even more growth and innovation over our next 88 years.”
Shipley currently has more than 35 locations with plans to double in size over the next five years.
