WESTLAKE, OH — The Retail Bakers of America’s (RBA) upcoming virtual education session covers the benefits and logistics of running a successful mobile bakery.
“Bakery on Wheels: How to Launch and Grow a Bakery Food Truck” will be held on Nov. 12 at 4 p.m. ET. The one-hour event will feature insights from Olga Sagan, owner of Piroshky Piroshky in Seattle; Jenny Lamble, owner of Be Happy Pie Co. in Evansville, IN; and Anthony DiNardo, owner of Henri’s Bakery & Deli in Atlanta.
The panel of bakers will share their experiences in operating a mobile bakery business and how it can increase visibility, customer reach and branding opportunities.
