LYNDEN, WA — To close out July, Retail Bakers of America (RBA) and Bread Bakers Guild of America (BBGA) have partnered to sponsor the Raspberry Road Show x Guildhall Gathering in support of the Washington Red Raspberry Commission.
The tour will have three stops at BBGA member bakeries on the West Coast:
- July 23 | 5-7 p.m. PST | Grand Central Bakery | Portland, OR
- July 24 | 4-5 p.m. PST | Macrina Bakery | Seattle
- July 27 | 5-6:30 p.m. PST | Starter Bakery | Oakland, CA
These events serve as a way for attendees to connect with other retail bakers. Those in attendance can also learn about different applications for raspberries through samples made by
