MOONACHIE, NJ — In anticipation of the Thanksgiving holiday, Paris Baguette rolled out its fall-themed cakes.
The four varieties in the lineup include:
- Pumpkin Spice-Mocha Chiffon Cake: This chocolate chiffon cake is soaked with espresso syrup and includes layers of pumpkin spice soft cream and white chocolate crisp pearls. The cake is then topped with caramel sauce and chocolate curls.
- Caramel-Pecan Souffle Cheesecake: The cheesecake is topped with pecans in a cinnamon caramel sauce and finished with caramel soft cream.
- Cookie Butter Crunch Layer Cake: This layer cake features cookie butter soft cream between vanilla sponge as well as cookie butter pieces and crisp pearls.
- Pistachio-Raspberry Trifle Cake: The vanilla sponge cake is filled with pistachio soft cream, raspberry preserves and white chocolate crisp pearls. It is topped with fresh raspberries and pistachio macaron.
The seasonal sweets are available at the bakery cafe brand’s locations nationwide through Nov. 28, along with Paris Baguette’s line of autumnal baked goods.
