Paris Baguette rolls out summer menu

MOONACHIE, NJ — In anticipation of the summer season, bakery café franchise Paris Baguette announced its limited-time lemon-themed lineup.

“Summer is a flavor-forward season here at Paris Baguette, where our team of experts loves to highlight light and refreshing flavors like lemon, mango, coconut and more,” said Cathy Chavenet, chief marketing officer at Paris Baguette North America. “We are thrilled for our guests to try the new menu additions, from innovations like the Lemon Supreme Croissant to quenching beverages like the Mango Lemonade Refresher.”

The sweet good varieties in the lineup include:

Lemon Supreme Croissant: This round croissant is filled with lemon curd soft cream and topped with lemon icing.

Chocolate Supreme Croissant: This round croissant is filled with chocolate custard cream and topped with chocolate.

Lemon Iced Mochi Donut: This mochi donut is topped with lemon icing and drizzled with white chocolate.

Lemon Custard King Cream Donut: This signature King Cream Donut is filled with lemon custard, topped with lemon icing, and drizzled with white chocolate.

Lemon Citrus Layer Cake: Four layers of vanilla sponge cake are filled with lemon curd and soft cream and topped with lemon chocolates. It is also available as a cake slice.

Summer Berry Trifle Cake: Three layers of vanilla sponge cake are filled with soft cream, strawberries, and blueberries. It is topped with berries and white chocolate.

In addition to the sweet offerings, Paris Baguette included some savory products this summer, such as the Jalapeno-Cheddar Stuffed Croissant, Hawaiian Jalapeno Quiche and Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizzetta.

The summertime treats will be available at Paris Baguette locations nationwide starting June 5 through Sept. 3.
