KANSAS CITY, MO — La Madeleine, a French-inspired bakery-cafe, announced its entry into the Midwest, with multiple locations set to open in the Kansas City, MO, area by 2027.
The company has signed a new area development agreement for eight locations with entrepreneur Eddie Musallet of The Musallet Group. The Musallet Group owns grocery, convenience retail, franchised businesses and other customer-focused operations across the Kansas City area.
“La Madeleine brings something unique to the market, from its French-inspired menu and fresh bakery offerings to the welcoming atmosphere of its cafes,” Musallet said. “We’re excited to introduce the brand to Kansas City and grow with it.”
The first location is expected to open in late fall 2027, followed by additional locations. The cafes will offer freshly baked breads and pastries, as well as lunch and dinner options.
