Krispy Kreme announces global leadership changes

CHARLOTTE, NC — Krispy Kreme is maximizing its expansion in the US with changes to its global leadership team.

“These leaders all have extensive company experience, commitment to operational excellence and passion for our iconic fresh doughnuts and beloved brand,” said Josh Charlesworth, CEO of Krispy Kreme. “As we grow, these leadership changes will result in both a bigger and better Krispy Kreme.”

Nicola Steele, current president of Krispy Kreme Australia and New Zealand, has been named incoming COO. Her responsibilities will include modernizing donut production and streamlining the hub-and-spoke model.

Dave Skena, previous global brand officer for Krispy Kreme, has been named chief growth officer and will be responsible for managing marketing efforts, retail shop growth and digital sales channels.

Raphael Duvivier has been named president of international. In the new role, Duvivier, who previously served as chief development officer for the brand, will be responsible for international and market development segments.

Alison Holder has been named chief product officer and will bring innovative, fresh donuts to customers worldwide and will be responsible for global quality and sourcing. Holder brings 25 years of experience at Krispy Kreme to the role, most recently serving as VP of innovation and insights.

Other than Steele, who will assume the role March 3, the appointments were effective Jan. 6.
