PHILADELPHIA — Insomnia Cookies is furthering its growth with the milestone opening of its latest shop in Williamsburg, NY. With this new storefront, the late-night dessert brand now totals 350 brick-and-mortar locations across the US, Canada and the UK.
This year alone, Insomnia Cookies opened 55 new bakeries, 25 of which debuted in Q4. This, in tandem with key partnerships with organizations such as the New York Knicks and Cleveland Cavaliers, sets the brand up for further growth in the new year.
“Over the past 22 years, we’ve built an incredible community of Insomniacs who share our love of warm, delicious cookies,” said Seth Berkowitz, founder and CEO of Insomnia Cookies. “As we continue expanding globally, our focus remains on delivering memorable experiences, deepening connections and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the late-night indulgence category to reach Insomniacs in an unparalleled way.”
The company intends to open 75 new bakeries in 2026, supporting its long-term goal of operating 1,800 storefronts in the next 10 years.
Insomnia Cookies has also recently made key people moves to provide organizational support for these growth plans. In October, the bakery brand welcomed Ra’Chard Dennis as senior VP of operations.
