LAS VEGAS — For the first time ever, the Americas Selection of the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie is coming to the International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE).
The international artisan baking competition typically brings together top baking teams every three to four years in Paris to showcase their craft. This year, teams from the US, Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica, Brazil and Ecuador will go head-to-head on the Baking Expo show floor, competing in four categories: Baguette & World Breads, Viennoiserie, Artistic Bread Showpiece and Savory Baking.
The two winning teams will represent the Americas at the World Cup of Baking in Paris on Jan. 20-21, 2026.
