DENVER — Einstein Bros. Bagels, under the Panera Brands umbrella, is combining the seasonal festivity of Oktoberfest with breakfast through its new lineup of limited-time offerings.
Through Nov. 4 or until supplies last, the fall menu will include:
Oktoberfest Egg Sandwich: Combining pretzels and beer, this breakfast sandwich features cage-free eggs, ham, bacon, Swiss cheese, deli mustard, and Beer Cheese Shmear stacked on a toasted Pretzel Bagel.
Pretzel Bagel Double Dipper: A rip-and-dip treat that includes a hot Pretzel Bagel served with a side of Beer Cheese Shmear and spicy brown mustard. Customers can also pair the Beer Cheese Shmear with up to 24 bagel flavors.
“Our guests have always enjoyed unique fall flavors, and Oktoberfest brings a whole new flavor adventure to breakfast,” said Chad Thompson, head of culinary innovation at Einstein Bros. Bagels. “With our Pretzel Bagel and new Beer Cheese Shmear, we’ve captured that comforting, craveable flavor of fall with a number of ways to enjoy.”
The Oktoberfest lineup is available in store, online, and via the Einstein Bros. Bagels app at participating locations.
