LAS VEGAS — The Las Vegas Strip will see a second site of James Beard Award-winning pastry chef, Dominque Ansel’s Parisian market-inspired venue, Dominique Ansel Marché.
The additional location will open in partnership with Ceasars Entertainment at Paris Las Vegas, on Friday, Dec. 6.
“I’m thrilled to have a new home at Paris Las Vegas with the launch of Dominique Ansel Marché,” Dominique said. “In each of our shops, we always create something unique. With this new concept, we wanted to recreate the feeling of a Parisian marketplace — something that I remember fondly growing up, with fresh-made crepes, slow-cooked rotisserie chicken with French fries or roasted potatoes, beautiful fruit tarts and croissants. It reminds me so much of home in France, right here at the heart of The Strip.”
This 5,000-square-foot location will offer fresh-baked croissants and viennoiserie, made-to-order crêpes, seasonal fresh fruit tarts and cakes, and more.
In addition to the various sweet goods, the Paris Las Vegas shop will also sell savory items. The chef’s other signature offerings — including the Cronut, Dominique’s Kouign Amman (the DKA), Chocolate Chip Cookie Shots, Frozen S’mores and baked-to-order Mini Madeleines — will also be available at Dominique Ansel Marché.
“We’re so fortunate to have another award-winning chef provide delicious and decadent food as part of our culinary roster here at Paris Las Vegas,” said Ken Ostempowski, senior VP and GM of Paris Las Vegas. “Dominique Ansel Marché is a beautiful dining destination where guests can conveniently enjoy their favorite pastries, as well as never-before-served savory items for breakfast, lunch and dinner.”
Serving as a token of gratitude for customers, Dominique will offer the first 50 guests a commemorative gift in celebration of the grand opening.
