DALLAS — Known for its handcrafted bundt cakes, bundlets and bundtinis, Nothing Bundt Cakes is celebrating the opening of its 700th bakery location in Rosenberg, TX, furthering its strategic expansion plans throughout the US.

Nothing Bundt Cakes has grown to the nation’s largest specialty cake company with locations throughout more than 40 states and Canada. The bakery brand was also recently recognized as Yelp’s fifth fastest growing brand in America.

“With the great desire guests have to show care and kindness to their loved ones and colleagues, coupled with the rising trend of Gen Z enjoying ‘little treats’ and the snackification of the American diet, Nothing Bundt Cakes is growing faster than ever,” said Dolf Berle, CEO of Nothing Bundt Cakes. “We have been able to drive business forward by elevating celebratory occasions, leveraging the ‘treat yourself’ trend — something our cakes have been doing since we opened our first bakery more than 25 years ago.”

In 2024, Nothing Bundt Cakes opened 101 bakeries and is on pace to do the same in 2025. The Rosenberg location marks the bakery’s 40th storefront in 2025, with more sites in the developmental pipeline as the brand plans to expand in new and existing markets.

The leadership team is driving the brand’s unprecedented growth with a sharp focus on flavor innovation and ongoing digital transformation. Nothing Bundt Cakes has appealed to customers with innovative pop-up flavors, such as Churro Dulce de Leche, and limited-time partnerships with brands including OREO and REESE’S.
