COMMERCE, CA — Tous les Jours, a French-Asian bakery cafe brand, introduced a new line of plant-based cakes with two flavors: Plantastic Raspberry Chocolate and Plantastic Blueberry Chocolate.
“We’re delighted to introduce the Plantastic cake selection, as it reinforces our commitment to sustainability and innovation,” said Sue Han, marketing manager for Tous les Jours. “These two miniature cakes, rich in flavor and made entirely from plant-based ingredients, feature vegan cream cheese and are topped with raspberries or blueberries. They are a delicious treat to close out the summer and a respectful nod to our planet, moving us one step closer to a cleaner, more sustainable environment. We are proud to offer additional healthy options and foster a more inclusive environment for our customers, providing a sweet treat for everyone, no matter their dietary preferences.”
The two miniature cakes are made with dense chocolate cake, filled with berry flavor and vegan cream cheese, and topped with fresh raspberries or blueberries.
This addition follows the announcement of Tous les Jours’ partnership with Oatly, a producer of dairy alternatives.
Customers can find the Plantastic cake collection for $18 each at participating locations for a limited time while supplies last.
Last month, the bakery brand celebrated the 2024 Paris Olympics with a special lineup of Parisian offerings.
